Our 16 member team at the heart of Zurich informs and advises you and represents your interests at the political level. Including internationally. From labour law and safety, brand protection, customs duties and rules of origin through to education, sustainability and communication.

The many-faceted world of textiles is our passion. And has been since our inception in 1873. We encounter textiles on a daily basis with curiosity, expertise and experience of our five strategic themes: economic policy, specialist personnel, design, technology and sustainability.

Here is another credo: “We incentivize.” To that end, we are a forward-looking and modern Federation. We prefer to set our sights on the future that we help to build without forgetting the Swiss textile industry’s rich history. Textiles will continue to shape our daily existence, our work and way of life in another hundred years – that is our conviction.
