Understanding Swissness - this applies to textiles and clothing

When may a product or service be labelled "Swiss" or bear the Swiss cross? The requirements for this are regulated by the Trade Mark Protection Act.

Together with Stefan Szabo, a specialist from the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, we will explain the most important basics in the webinar and categorise them from the perspective of the textile and clothing industry. Brief, understandable and tailored to your needs.

Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to discuss specific concerns and your own cases with other members and the association. Ask us your questions and share your experiences.

In preparation, we will conduct a three-minute survey on your assessments and experiences. We would like to know how the textile and clothing industry applies the Swissness regulation.

The results will help us to tailor the content to your expectations and include relevant questions in the Q&A session.
