(CONNECT) To support the sales of its products in German-speaking Switzerland, the sportswear supplier Revario SA from Marly in the canton of Fribourg has entered into a partnership with Powerlab AG, which is based in Uster in the canton of Zurich, as announced by Revario in a press release. With this, the label is now available in the Powerlab store, which offers sporting equipment of all kinds, albeit with a focus on running. In this context, Revario is reportedly aiming to tap into the market in German-speaking Switzerland, whereby its latest partner shop represents a key milestone in realizing these ambitions.

In an interview, the Powerlab founder Colin Ramp explains that Revario offers significant added value to its customers. “Revario is a Swiss label that uses short supply chains with an emphasis on conserving resources”, he says. This is something that customers really value, Ramp states, especially in the midst of fast fashion and energy waste. Moreover, according to Ramp, the price of attractive products such as waterproof outdoor jackets is not much higher than that of other manufacturers.

“Powerlab shares the same passion for sport, Swiss-made products and quality as Revario”, comments Christoph Kolly, Area Sales Manager at Revario, in the press release. With the brand now also available in the Zurich region, its visibility and sense of community in German-speaking Switzerland have reportedly been bolstered.

Revario shows its nine Swiss sales outlets on a map. In German-speaking Switzerland, the company can now be found in Uster, in Lucerne at Wirth Sport and in the 4Feet-Shop in Bern.

According to information from Revario itself, the clothing it offers is designed for outdoor sports as well as occupational applications. Only materials sourced within a 600-kilometer radius of the production site in Marly are used. The company also maintains a transparent list of all suppliers. To extend the lifespan of the garments, Revario additionally offers a repair service for all its products and strives to set an example for responsibly and locally produced textiles. ce/yvh
