(CONNECT) In 2025, On Holding AG generated net sales totaling 3.014 billion francs worldwide. Net sales through the direct-to-consumer sales channel reportedly increased by 33.7 percent to 1.261 billion francs. Meanwhile, wholesale generated sales of 1.753 billion francs, which represents a year-on-year increase of 27.5 percent. For the current year, On has set itself a growth target of at least 23 percent.

On reported an adjusted EBITDA of 131.0 million francs in the reporting year, with the corresponding margin increasing year on year from 16.4 percent to 17.6 percent. The company is aiming for an EBITDA margin of between 18.5 percent and 19.0 percent in the current year. At 69.1 million francs, net profit in 2025 was 22.9 percent lower than in 2024.
