Stephan Bühler becomes sole owner of Jakob Müller Holding

Jakob Müller Holding AG (JMH) will operate under a new management from January 1, 2024. According to a press release, co-owner, current CFO, and member of the board Reto Kuoni will leave the textile specialist in the Frick valley in the canton of Aargau. He is acquiring Bata-Park in Möhlin and the existing management mandate of Jakob Müller Immobilien AG with the Kuoni family and will further develop the old industrial park with a new company.

The current joint owner and vice president of the board, Stephan Bühler, will become the sole owner of the holding company at the start of the year. He is a descendant of the founding Müller family. Jakob Müller Holding includes the Jakob Müller Group, Benninger AG, List Technology AG, and Jakob Müller Immobilien AG.

Bühler commented: “We benefit from idea and innovation transfer within the group. We concentrate on exploiting the opportunities of digitization to optimally bring their potential into our solutions.” He added that the company is an important pillar in the industry, not just for the economic areas of northern and northwestern Switzerland but for Switzerland as a whole and worldwide.

Jakob Müller AG develops systems and solutions for narrow textiles and fabrics in Frick. List Technology AG with headquarters in Arisdorf in the canton of Basel-Country is a technology leader for high viscosity processes.
