On AG has appointed Laura Miele to its Board of Directors. She will also form part of the Audit Committee. Miele’s most recent position was as President of EA, the global developer and publisher of computer and video games listed on the stock exchange.
Miele took on this role nearly a year ago. Prior to this, she was Chief Operating Officer for the Californian company. According to a press release, she played a key role in assisting a series of complex structural transformations at the company over the past few decades. For example, she led the company’s transformation to digital delivery and was responsible for the expansion into new target groups and active growth of the EA player network.
In 2022, Miele was appointed as a Governor of the British Film Institute. She is a member of the Paley Media Council and the NAACP Entertainment Advocacy Council, in addition to serving on the Advisory Board of The Game Awards. In the past, Miele has also served on the Board of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
“We could not be happier for such a qualified and dedicated individual to be joining our Board. This marks a significant step in On’s journey to enhance the Board’s collective expertise”, comments Caspar Coppetti, co-founder and Executive Co-Chairman of On.
Laura Miele sees “incredible potential” in both the company itself and the On brand. She has also been impressed by the plans for the future: “I look forward to working with my fellow Board members and supporting the Management team for On’s next growth phase”. ce/mm
