The lavie brand, which belongs to Balsiger Textil from Langenthal in the canton of Bern, presented its new products at the international furnishing fair Maison&Objet in Paris from 18 to 22 January. In a statement about the event, lavie highlighted its new collection of decorative cushions and cooking aprons under the name Made to last. Developed in collaboration with Circular Clothing, the capsule collection is the first collection from lavie to be awarded the Cradle to Cradle Certified Gold label. Lavie also presented its organic cotton top sheet collection, Top Sheets for Summer Nights, and its Linus linen bedding collection.
The large-format top sheets from Top Sheets for Summer Nights are perfect "for comfortable bedding in sweaty temperatures", writes lavie. The tried-and-tested Linus bed linen collection was recently expanded to include top sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases and comforter covers in the shades plum and oat. ce/hs
