The textiles brand Lavie, which belongs to Balsiger Textil from Langenthal in the canton of Bern, has launched its spring and summer 2024 collection featuring multifunctional top sheets and new color trends. "Top sheets gain the upper hand” in summer, according to a statement from the manufacturer. A top sheet, either alone or combined with a plaid, can replace the cosy comforter or duvet in the warmer months, it writes.
Lavie’s collection is a versatile selection of multifunctional top sheets made from 100 per cent organic cotton, perfect for warm days and balmy nights, it says. The large-format sheets – Leni, Alma and Paul – not only offer comfort in bed, but also add accents to bedroom décor with new color trends, such as the piece-dyed Leni featuring solid dark green, endive and coral. Lavie describes the bright color gradients of Paul and Alma as “real eye-catchers”. The fresh, cheerful glacé colors radiate summer freshness, even on rainy days, it writes. The Alma and Paul color gradients were created using digital printing.
Lavie is also complementing its long-standing Linus linen bedding range with the on-trend colors plum and oat. The Louise bed linen line, made from organic cotton, is now also available in neutral taupe.
According to the company, its towels are practical companions on beautiful summer days and balmy nights too. They have multiple functions, and can be used as tablecloths, picnic blankets, swimming towels or tent covers in the garden and on the patio. ce/gba
