(CONNECT) The sportswear brand MOVER from Lausanne and the Zurich-based bag and accessory company QWSTION, which both focus on sustainability, have launched a pop-up store at Füsslistrasse 6 in Zurich. It opened on 26 November and will run until Christmas Eve.

According to a statement, the store celebrates Swiss design with furniture from Karimoku New Standard, lighting by Schätti, and artistic prints from Bienvenue Studios. It reportedly offers customers innovative, plastic-free sportswear and bags, and is rounded off with coffee from ViCafé, drinks from The Cocktail, and water from BeWTR.

“We are bringing a new generation of sportswear to Zurich: high-performance, functional, and at the same time in harmony with people and nature,” Nicolas Rochat, founder of MOVER SPORTSWEAR, is quoted as saying in the statement. “MOVER and QWSTION are brands that take a clear stance that appeals to tomorrow's consumers.”

Both brands have been developing performance clothing and bags made from natural fibers for over a decade. They say they share the conviction that functional products can work in harmony with nature.

Testament to these efforts is QWSTION's Bananatex fabric, a functional, fully compostable material made from abacá banana plant fibers. It has already won the Swiss Design Award and the German Sustainability Award. MOVER has also been recognized for its sustainable innovations: its Ventile Shell +, the world's first completely plastic-free outdoor jacket, won a Red Dot Design Award in 2025 and was nominated for the Swiss Design Award 2025. ce/ja
