St.Gallen - The textile company Forster Rohner is currently expanding and adapting its site. With this, CEO Emanuel Forster is preparing the company for the future. The Jakob Schlaepfer, Inter-Spitzen, and Forster Willi brands also belong to Forster Rohner.

The registered offices of Forster Rohner in St.Gallen were extended recently. Now, according to an article in the St.Galler Tagblatt, there is also an outlet. Jakob Schlaepfer AG is now based in the extension. Along with Inter-Spitzen and Forster Willi, this is one of the brands belonging to the company with Emanuel Forster as Co-CEO. The article states that the new outlet for all four brands is located in the basement level of the company headquarters, offering a “textile wonderland” spanning 420 square meters. Forster, who jointly runs the company together with his sister, Caroline Forster, commented: “We want to promote creativity and shape the environment accordingly.”

Forster Rohner’s adaptation and expansion works are focusing on the future, while recognizing the rich history of the textile industry in St.Gallen. Emanuel Forster adds: “It is also somewhere that represents St.Gallen’s textile history and craftsmanship. Here, there are fabrics that you can’t find anywhere else in the world.”

The new outlet also is said to offer something for everyone. According to the St.Galler Tagblatt: “Anyone wanting to make a beautiful dress will find what they need here. Actors and singers can stock up on costumes for the stage, while men can surprise their loved ones with an embroidered tablecloth.”
