Cham/Sevelen SG - Livinguard is linking its biocide-free hygiene technology with the textile expertise and global reach of Textilcolor. Together, the two companies will drive forward sustainable and environmentally friendly textile chemical solutions worldwide, such as for medicine.

Livinguard AG from Cham in the canton of Zug and Textilcolor AG from the canton of St.Gallen are entering into a global partnership. For this, Textilcolor is providing its globe-spanning network for the distribution of Livinguard’s “groundbreaking” hygiene technologies. According to a press release, the two companies plan to thereby combine their strengths in this way.

Livinguard’s portfolio includes the world’s first biocide-free permanent disinfection technology. It manufactures hygiene products with permanent self-disinfecting properties. There are areas of application in numerous sectors and industries, such as in the medical sector. As such, the company offers face masks, private and occupational protective clothing, and water filters, among other things, all treated in this way.

Livinguard CEO Sanjeev Swamy is quoted as saying: “By linking our innovative technology and research as well as our technical know-how with the textile expertise and global reach of Textilcolor AG, we can provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art textile solutions to customers all over the world.”
