Dagsmejan produces its first collagen-infused nightwear line

(CONNECT) Dagsmejan has presented its first sleepwear collection featuring Nattcollagen. This technology permanently incorporates marine collagen peptides into the exceptionally soft and breathable eucalyptus fibers used in its new Night Renew collection. In a statement, the Zurich-based textile company cites independent clinical tests showing that the fibers increase skin moisture by more than 40 per cent and improve skin smoothness by 12 per cent.

The new fabric has also received the highest rating for skin compatibility, earning the Dermatest 5-Star Seal. “The skin’s natural renewal processes are in full swing while you sleep,” co-founder and CEO Catarina Dahlin is quoted as saying. “With Night Renew, we wanted to develop the most advanced beauty-sleep fabric ever created – one that works every night simply by wearing it.” The collection includes long- and short-sleeved shirts, long pants, shorts, and sleeping shirts, as well as collagen-enriched sleep masks and pillowcases.

Dagsmejan was founded in 2016 by Dahlin and Andreas Lenzhofer. The textile company specializes in scientifically tested, temperature-regulating, and sustainable functional sleepwear. According to the company, players on the Swiss national ice hockey team wear Dagsmejan at every major tournament to ensure optimal recovery at night.

Dagsmejan is regularly recognized as one of Switzerland’s most innovative companies and was awarded a recognition for the country’s fastest-growing startup by the Financial Times in 2023.
