FREITAG launches multifunctional Easy Riders bags

(CONNECT) Bag manufacturer FREITAG lab. ag has unveiled its multifunctional Easy Riders. According to a statement from the Zurich-based company, the F140 FRAN handlebar bag, the F141 BERYL frame bag, and the F142 HEINZ saddle bag combine “bike culture, individuality, and upcycling”. All three bags can be attached to any type of bike or worn as everyday crossbody bags.

As a handlebar bag, the F140 FRAN is, writes FREITAG, a compact “Up Your Cycling Bag” designed to colorful originality – whether you are walking or cycling. The F141 BERYL has an asymmetrical shape that makes it ideal for mounting on the frame of any bike model, while the F142 HEINZ is a saddle bag that attaches with two Velcro fasteners, offering space for small essentials.

With this expansion of its product range, the Swiss bag brand, which was founded 33 years ago, aims to “bring more ease and joy to unmotorized city traffic”. The models are designed to add color to bikes while enhancing comfort for both pedestrians and cyclists by "giving their backs a break”. With capacities of 0.6 liters, 2.5 liters, and 2.8 liters, the new designs offer a variety of storage for everyday items, commuting to work, and all kinds of bike rides.

Made from recycled truck tarpaulins, all three models are water-repellent and durable. Thanks to removable shoulder straps featuring used truck reflectors, they can be worn crossbody to increase visibility in urban traffic.
